Thus, Abay Agent Banking provides banking services near to their premise through kiosk, supermarket, pharmacy, and other outlets. Abay Agent banking is branded as “Abay Bedeje” which implies that the banking service has come closer to home/premises.

The Agent Banking services include:

  • Saving Account Opening,
  • Mobile Banking Account Opening,
  • Deposit and Withdrawal on mobile banking account,
  • Payment for utilities and purchases,
  • Mobile air time top-up,
  • Sending/ receiving money, etc.
