Agent Banking means the conduct of banking business on behalf of a financial institution through an agent using various service delivery channels.

Thus, Abay Agent Banking provides banking services near to their premise through kiosk, supermarket, pharmacy, and other outlets. Abay Agent banking is branded as "Abay Bedeje" which implies that the banking service has come closer to home/ premises. The Agent Banking services include:

  • Saving Account Opening,
  • Mobile Account Opening,
  • Deposit & Withdrawal on mobile account,
  • Payment, etc.
